Account Registration & Verification

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. nigod88 does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances. Any deposit found to originate from a payment account not belonging to the registered player will be reversed, and the associated nigod88 account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be subject to additional review if the withdrawal amount exceeds certain risk thresholds. nigod88 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Players whose accounts have not completed the full KYC process may experience delays in withdrawal processing.

nigod88 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside nigod88's control. Players are advised to consult their payment provider's fee schedule before initiating a transaction.

Withdrawal Condition: Funds that have been deposited but not wagered at least once may be subject to a review before withdrawal. This condition exists to prevent the platform from being used as a money transfer service. All promotions and bonuses carry separate wagering conditions — see Section 5.

Bonus & Promotions Policy

Section 6

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the nigod88 sportsbook and all wagers made in the casino and arcade sections are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product, game, or market. These product-level rules are accessible within each section of the platform. In the event of any dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game, nigod88's records shall be the primary point of reference.

All sportsbook bets are accepted subject to the availability of the relevant market at the time the bet is placed. nigod88 reserves the right to limit stake amounts, suspend markets, or void bets where there is evidence of market manipulation, data feed error, or obvious pricing mistakes. Underage Registration: Attempting to register an account while under the age of 18, or assisting any person under 18 to access the platform.
Multiple Account Abuse: Registering more than one account to claim welcome bonuses or other first-time promotional offers multiple times.

Consequences of Prohibited Conduct: nigod88 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to void any bet, close any account, and withhold any funds associated with prohibited conduct. Where criminal activity is suspected, nigod88 will cooperate fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities.

Section 8

Account Suspension & Closure

nigod88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, non-compliance with KYC requirements, or where nigod88 determines that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform or other players.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the nigod88 support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before closing an account voluntarily, any active bonus funds will be removed from the account. Real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be processed as a withdrawal to the player's registered payment method, subject to standard verification procedures.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, nigod88 will notify the account holder via their registered email address. The investigation period will be conducted as efficiently as possible, and nigod88 aims to resolve all account suspension cases within 14 business days.

Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to exclude themselves from the nigod88 platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion through the Account Settings section or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods begin at a minimum of 6 months and can be set for longer durations. Account Reactivation: Accounts closed voluntarily by a player may be eligible for reactivation upon request, subject to a review of the account's history and compliance with current KYC requirements.
